As its a family friendly thread no comments on Madonna and her groove. She is definitely not Like A Virgin. Perhaps she should take her advice with regards to her Papa Don't Preach.

There really no city in western Canada on par with NY, wouldn't even consider Toronto on par with NYC.

But maybe for Harry and Meghan might like it, some do seem to like the more boring, slow life in Canada.

152 East 81st Street doesn't appear to have either of these things. From the front you look across the street to another building and the rear overlooks a treed area. I don't see a balcony let alone an incredible one.

Perhaps she sees a new career path in real estate. Or she has more than one.
