He picks the worst sandwich of course...lol...He apparently only eats non-Mcdonalds meals on Sunday...
Good news, he eats 700 less calories then the average person does in the US.

Surprising that he survived so long eating that crap.

I doubt it's any worse than all the other fast and casual food in the US. Same applies to all the pre-packaged supermarket foods. These days their burgers are just beef salt and pepper (no additives) and they sell salads too.

And then you look at a picture of him and he seems in perfectly acceptable shape.
There's actually very little wrong with a Big Mac. Certainly won't kill you...even if you eat thousands of them as this shows.

About 35 years ago I brought a friend's Irish Setter to the vet in town for his shots, and afterwards went to McDonalds. I bought the dog a hamburger and unwrapped it for him on the seat of my truck and he sniffed it, flipped it apart, licked the condiments off the bun, then ate the bun, but left the pattie laying on the paper. Canary in a coal mine.

if this guy ate one every day - then according to McDonalds the typical calories in a big Mac is 540
But I noticed a picture of this guy in todays UK daily which shows him eating the Big Mac together with a large coke. So add 300+ calories to the 540 he is over a thiid of a normal daily intake.
Add fries to that then he'd be popping a 1000 calories in one meal.
He could slim it, even lose weight, maybe stay slim by continuing to down a Big Mac lunch or dinner
Breakfast: a bowl of cereal or two rounds of buttered toast, juice & black coffee. Leaving the table one-litre of water down the hatch
Lunch: Big Mac & a litre of water for lunch.
Doinner: splurge the remaining 1000 calories on whatever for dinner & one litre of water again.
No snacking in between unless its was fruit, a stick if carrot or celery

Back in the home land as a child we had a dalmatian. It too would eat nearly anything including fast food. The only thing we ever found it would not eat was a grape.
