Nice to see that U.K. spent 3 million upgrading jails in Nigeria and Jamaica.

Ah but it saves them money in the long run by being able to deport such persons back to those countries rather than the UK paying for their incarceration, in a UK jail because the Human Rights people say they cant deport them because their jails are not fit.
