Valencia Compound?

Valencia Compound?
Does anyone live there. Would you recomend, we are moving to a new school being built 3 kms away and Valencia looks very nice for family with 2 and 4 yr old but personal observations allways welcome. Does anyone know if ALL the facilities ie including golf are available to people renting with the complex

Hi,
Valencia. Excellent. I lived there during my time in Malaysia and still own a home there. Its like another world when you enter thru the guarded gate. There is some crime in Malaysia. If this your first time living in SE Asia it would be advisable to live in a place like Valencia in order to give yourself some time to adjust and understand your surroundings.
