Stopover in KL with kids end of September

Stopover in KL with kids end of September
Hi
Planning a trip back to London from Australia end of September. We'd like a brief 3 night stopover on way out and cheapest so far seems to be for KL. When travelling, I'll have a 5, 3 and 1 year old. Youngest in stroller. What will KL be like end of September in terms of weather? Also, is there much to do that is suitable for young children, how easy is it to travel around the city with a stroller etc.
Trip to Petronas Tower is on our list but not sure what else we can do with our kids. Help would be much appreciated.
