Default Removal firm recommendations

Moving large 5 bed, 5 bath bungalow with 40 years of clutter (inlaws) to new house in Singapore.

Clutter example 25 bookcases (7 foot high) of academic and reference books.

At a guess I am looking at 2 40 foot containers, and would assume its a road only requirement.

Bangsar to Orchard Road

I didn't think there were any houses in Orchard road these days, apart from the Thai Embassy. At least I didn't spot any last month.

Sorry realise this doesn't help you....but just an observation.

I used it as reference as we are in the midst of organising house maids and medical staff. After FIL suffered a stroke and MIL with pace maker is not able to arrange the move herself.

We used Allied Pickfords KL - Melb. Very efficient at the KL end and a great packing crew. Still waiting to clear customs this end.

Wow. Just read that you'll need 2 x 40 ft containers. Reckon a bonfire would be easier!

Difficult them both being university lecturers for 30 years. Might be able to setup a Chinese version of Amazon.

Try Asian Tigers, I brought a 40ft HC from Melbourne, OSS Worldwide at that end, not so great, lost a few of my precious items, but at this Asian Tigers were very pro. Worth checking out.
