We are moving to KL from UK in January and cuurently looking for a semi-D in Kota Kemuning. Does anyone know of any good agents around the area? Also, any other suggestions on how to go about finding a house in Kota Kemuning would be fab!

Are there any expats on the forum who live around the area? How have you found it so far?

Hi Ren and welcome to BE. Crikey, is the whole world and it's mother moving to KL this winter?

Well, as you've probably already read on here, I don't know too much about KL for living. I've visited many times over the years but visiting and living are quite different. But we do now have a lot of folks on this board either living there or moving there, so I'm sure you'll get some replies shortly. All the best with your planning.

Sorry I don't know the Shah Alam area at all., However there seems to be a lot of new development radiating from there in all directions.
