Foreign Kids in Malaysian Government Schools
Hi all,
Just wanted to pick brains on whether anyone has sent their kids to Malaysian government schools here. Is it possible/permitted? Is it a bad idea?
Advice would be much appreciated.
Regards
Abdul Awwal

If you are not Malaysian you cannot send your kids to govt schools. Look at private or international schools.

Who would want to anyway! Malaysians prefer not to as well!
School fees btw in English for secondary will cost you 30-70k rm per year. The 30k end will be worse than say a British state school. And I mean really poor teaching standards as Malaysian model is school is babysitting and tuition centres inthe evening are for learning.
