Thinly sliced smoked crocodile tail is actually quite nice, I tried this at a buffet in Harare.
I am sure there are many more nice recipes out there.
Like crocodile with mango and basil sauce. Sounds mouth watering, doesn't it?

oh yes handbags and shoes. Serious? This sounds very wrong somehow but....on the other hand....when you think about those dear little lambs that go into lamb chops :(

Just googled and found a few recipe sites hehe. This one, outback cooking, recommends Skewered crocodile with lime and ginger sauce. Nice. Skewered crocodile sounds about right eh.

Best head off down to the mangroves see what I can find and then get the BBQ lit up.............ERRR Maybe not a Cheese sarnie sounds safer they don't bite back,
