Build Costs in KL

Build Costs in KL
Any body got a handle on build costs for residential buildings in KL?
In Oz it was $3k per sqm about 10 years ago. Recently in NZ I paid around $10k per sqm so keen to get understanding of Malaysia and in particular KL.
Doing 5 levels x 200 sqm so around 1,000 sqm
Was looking to use ICF but not sure how this will go in tropical humidity?

What I heard from a contractor boss is around RM 30-50 psf.
Dealing with local contractor really need a lot of own effort.

One of my friend struggle in building own house. Contractor are not responsible, always delay job and implementation are different from the initial plan.
Really need to find a reputable but price might a bit more expensive company assist you on monitor and make sure the job done same as what you planned.
