We were totally screwed over by a realtor doing a dodgy deal so we didn't get the house we wanted. She ignored our realtor and wouldn't take his calls. Now, at the last minute her sale has fallen through and she has had to come back to us to see if we want to buy her house.

A segment on our local news made me smile. They were discussing the damage done to houses due to hailstones. The conclusion was if they use more robust building materials...there wouldn't be so much damage. No sh*t Sherlock.
