Let's put it this way. At least you didn't type 'you're way', as I have seen before many times

Technically speaking 'ur way' would be spelt correctly, insomuch as it is "text speak" and therefore does not fall under the same rules of grammar as normal English prose. Whether I'd ever be caught dead using "text speak" is another matter entirely.

After months of horrible internet service from Telefonica here in Lima, I received a bill for 390 soles (about $140) for my service of cable, internet and telephone. Unfortunately that was $40 more than it was supposed to be. So, I called. It is not so easy debating such a thing with someone who speaks minimal English and while I speak minimal Spanish. After an hour with a really very nice young woman on the other end of the phone, going over all the problems I have had for months, she reduced my bill to the appropriate amount. Then I received my bill for this month. It was for only 16 soles (about $3). Today I received a letter crediting the full amount of my previous bill to this month, which resulted in the 16 soles bill. Not just the internet portion, but the entire bill. Nice. That made me smile.

Actually, I quite like Willmore!
... she rather makes one proud to be British ...
... and that doesn't happen often these days!
