It usually is a 2-click fix. The tricky part is trying to get the pointer to move in the direction you want, based on how much the screen was rotated.

It's not uncommon to use a monitor vertically in a multi-screen setup, so I'm sure it's not far off, if it isn't available already.

The 'show-off' dance made it even funnier.

Obviously advertising works though. "I thought you meant Popeye's Chicken"

It's a bit like "What did Old MacDonald have" and instead of answering a farm, saying Hamburger.

It's partly due to us just being a couple for so long, that we are quite set in our ways. It's been a long time since we've had visitors to stay, we are out of practice .

Being referred to as an example of the expat/ offshore global Liberal elite, who support the conspiracy of world government, and parasitic substitution of National Culture for Diversity. (I think that was it - from the words I understood) .......

We have a saying like this in Spanish as well..

Its "El arrimado y el muerto al tercer dia apestan."
Translation.. "a dead man/freeloader start to stink up your home; it means that after a time something/someone starts to become a nuisance."

Another thing that made me smile, its raining today so my papaya tree got nicely watered.

What made me smile this morning was an old friend's wildly enthusiastic reaction to a Bob Mortimer story that I had sent her, from the British TV program "Would I lie to you?" She checked out other episodes, and laughed till tears flowed. So she said. I share it here for anybody who isn't familiar with the man.

What did the one who went to Swansea do so wrong in life to deserve that?

His choice to go to uni there (he would have been a foreign student in the USA when he was applying as we weren't LPRs then). He finishes this summer and comes back home to the USA and his gf (who may well be in Germany for the summer!). They are both looking forward to spending more time together, or at least being on the same continent for more than Christmas and summer breaks after four and a half years of a long distance relationship.

We got a car!!! Well my husband got a car... hehehe

Its his first car ever.. kinda crazy but he lives less than 3 mins away from work so he never needed one.
But since the field I'm in requires steady transportation he got himself a car.
Poor guy is stressed that I'm gonna have to learn to drive manual in his car on the opposite side of the road.

Cute story but I don't believe you. He crashed a car or set fire to a house for that kind of punishment.

Does anybody actually know why the Welsh are such good singers?
