The one year I entered the Celebrity Croakers thread I picked him, then read his Wikipedia page after.. I've always liked his music, know quite a bit of his history and that he was already notable in the 40's but didn't realise how disgustingly healthy he was.

We have monarchs here in New Zealand. Occasionally there are cluster trees but I haven't seen one yet.

Many people plant out milk weed swan plants to attract them .

Surely yours don't go to Mexico?

I've been in that part of Mexico when the butterflies are swarming. Amazing. There are signs by the side of the road to watch out for clouds of butterflies

No. Ours don't fly overseas but they do move area in winter.
