I went to an awards dinner tonight and won an award for distinguished service.
It was an industry "do", for an industry I only joined last year - in fact I went to last years awards dinner, knowing no one, a colleague who was supposed to do intros, couldn't make it at the last minute. So I rolled up solo.
I year later I win this award.
Honored and humbled.

Reading these 'complaints' about the BBC, thes are complaints that have been, in some cases apparently several pages which seem to be mainly from the same person, 'dealt with'.
