Today was rough; one on US politics I didn't know, one on a US celebrity I didn't know, then a Spanish interpretation that I struggled with, wasting time until guessing wrong. Going back and looking at the quiz showed I'd read the question too quickly, and had I taken a little more care would have had it. The trick is trying to remember them, since trivia repeats itself.

They say you can't teach an old dog new trivia (well, I say that . . . ), and consequently I don't think that I am ever going to remember the name of Stephen King's darn wife!!!

Tabitha, yes, I got the same question, and got it wrong, had no idea, but apparently she is a well known, published author in her own right. I also always get the question about the dog breed in Frasier, I always pick the same one, unfortunately, it's always the wrong one. I suspect it's now locked in my head.

They should have had a choice saying "all of these". There are lots of questions that have answers that are, well, questionable, so we just have to give them what they want to hear. I opened the trivia page and signed in then instead of doing the puzzle opened another window and didn't go back for about 15 minutes... maybe I should have refreshed the page or something, but it was so slow it was excruciating; possibly related to piping the internet in through my cell phone, but probably not because when that happens it's usually from having the phone wifi turned on at the same time as tethering/hotspot, and the wifi was off.

If it comes up again, remember that Bewitch's daughter was Tabitha. I didn't realize that in Shakespeare's play poison was placed in the ear. I read that and thought can anyone be that stupid?
