Imho it looks like it's CGI I made a very similar scene in Maya, It's relatively easy to build in a 3d application as the picture uses rules/units of 1 so it can be roughed out very quickly with cubes. Not to mention it looks the right way up to me...

I don't know about four dimensions, but the second and third dimensions on my phone are inadequate to display that!
