Yes it is. I'm so glad I bought it, I won't see it for a little while now as I lent it to a friend last week. Then another friend wants to borrow it!

Fascinating bits of Jewish history. Living in Portugal I have learned of the expulsions begun under the rule of King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella of Spain. The notorious inquisition-

200 Easy Tagines & More Recipes. (Hamlyn)
I particularly recommend the ginger and honey lamb (basic ingredients so available everywhere); the roasted duck legs with quince; or sardines with onions and parsley. For vegetarians, try the runner beans with tomato and dill, or artichokes with potatoes and peas. For anyone who hasn't used a Tagine it's a simple, often quick way of producing the most delicious meals using economic ingredients.
Even a man can use one

For what it's worth my idea of freedom is that people and countries are allowed to determine and pursue their own paths without fear from other people or countries. Very fundamental I believe and takes in what I wrote in the first sentence. Over 50 million died for that principle just a short time ago and I think it was worth fighting for, wouldn't you agree? That's freedom.
