said Salford chairman John Wilkinson.

"We feel we had to make a signing of a person with vast experience and an enviable track record"
how far back is Wilinson going?? Does he know how Mcrae fared at South Sydney??He hasnt done anything of note since before 2004. And a four and a half year contract to boot!Should have just given Jimmy Lowes the job and saved themselves a few quid.

Wonder if Sky are paying part of his contract cos he spent more time commentating than coaching last time he was in England

Well done John Monie for picking Olivier Elima for the french squad. Its nice to see one of the 'unsung hero's' of the game get a fair go. He's been consistently one of the most improved players for Trinity over the last couple of years.

Not only that he's one of the nicest people going (and he's quite cute too).

seems a fair enough reason to get selected(being eye-candy for the females)
Pleased to see Paul Sykes and Chris Melling named in the (experimental) GB squad for the France game,Purdo would have probably made it as well bar injury.
