OK so if it is a pub league team we go for we will need to get the rules straight:

Am right in concluding everyone must select:

Szczesny
Downing
Henderson
Scott Sinclair
Dani Osboxer
Glenn Johnson
Fellani
Lallana
Eric so bad they named him twice

and then have 2 free picks?

Does Scott Sinclair still play football?

Surely you need to have Cleverly, Kevin Nolan and Andy Carroll in this team.

Thinking about it, maybe we should set up a league where the goal is to get negative points.

Captain cheesestick and Dave tried that last season.

I used to defend him, but now I see what you lot see. Pants. I hope he'll get better with better players around him. I'd have Jones ahead of him every day of the week, and he wouldn't make anyone else's first 11.

Jones would make my first eleven - but I left the country before last season started!

First time I'm doing this.

Usually, it's one player every week.

And you can make as many transfers as you like. The first one each week is free but apart from the wildcards every other transfer costs you four points

Oh man this sounds like a lot of effort.

Thanks though.
