Luckily it didn't make any difference, we were never going to score so it was game over as soon as they were a goal up. I think we played better once Henderson was out of defence and we actually had 2 defenders rather than a defender and a midfielder, though Kabak doesn't look too solid so it will be interesting to see if we do sign him in the summer or go after other targets.

In real time I thought it was TAA raising his leg that tripped him up but watching the replays on MOTD DCL actually trips himself up on TAA's head and there was nothing the defender could do. I know dribbling past TAA is easier than going past a cone on the training pitch but he wasn't to blame for that.

So if things go to plan a limited number of fans will be able to attend the final EPL match scheduled for Sunday 23 May.
Would we be critical if Liverpool fans started singing stand up for the champions knowing that Citeh are likely to be crowned champions for the 2020-2021 season before the final game is played????????

Moreover, they are currently nearer relegation than the top of the table it would be churlish to criticise them

Yeah, not ideal.
VAR overturned the penalty we got, which was correct.
The disallowed goal was a shit show though. Felt very, very unfair.
Another game where we did really well for periods, particularly the first half, but couldn't create anything.

I think the ref lost position so wasn't looking when the free kick was taken so his bad on that one and unfair on your lot for sure but one of those things that go against you when you are in a bad run.
Saints aren't a bad side just in a rut at the moment it'll get better

Yeah I had it as your cliched game of 2 halves and they were more efficient in front of goal when they were on top.

We're in a sticky position off the pitch. The Chinese owner is a massive **** and we're not going anywhere as a club until he's gone.
