I wonder if Scamp is aware of this statistic
Shane Long has as many points on his driving licence as he has goals in the PL for the last 2 seasons.

Is 55,000 the biggest crowd to see a Reserve team?

Nope though googling won't help either but I do recall a Manchester United reserve game at Old Trafford in the 1970's which was a sell out of 63,500 at the time. The reason was that Utd had made the FA Cup final and that is when you saved coupons from the match programmes and sent them in in the hopes of getting a cup final ticket. The more coupons from programmes involving the 1st team or reserve team the better chances you have. I know in 1976 I sent in coupons for my ticket so my guess would be it happened in 1976. Now scamp will be smirking as we lost to Southampton.

Now that takes me back. At Bristol Rovers (60s and 70s) they would issue vouchers at the turnstiles at selected regular all-pay matches and they would give you priority for any all-ticket matches. IIRC they would sometimes announce it in advance thus boosting the attendance.

We last made it into the 5th round in the 2005/06 season. That is how abjectly shite we have become.

Well at least he wasn't punching a horse and he kept his shirt on.A Newcastle supporter got a little overexcited at his side's extra-time winner in Tuesday night's FA Cup fourth-round replay victory at Oxford Unted.
As Allan Saint-Maximin raced over to celebrate in front of the away fans, TV viewers would have been shocked to see one fan unzipping his trousers, whipping out his penis and gesticulating with it.

For those who read the article I wonder if Viagra will be using him in their next ad campaign.

This is why Northerners need to stay in the North. That's not acceptable behaviour in 2020.
Oxford on a cold Tuesday night, I'd probably go to a restaurant called Gee's or Pierre Victoire for some dinner. Maybe a few drinks before at the Westgate on the roof. Lovely city.

I’ve seen video footage of the winner. It was spectacular. I’m fine not seeing the wiener.

Sorry Scampi, we were awful but got lucky.
