Teaching in NYC
Well I want to become a teacher in NYC, I have just completed my degree and am eager to get stuck in.
I have a year to rack up experience and wanted to know if anyone knew the route to becoming qualified, I have looked into teach for america and the nyc fellow but planning on a backup to that scheme.
The NYS state license is required but not too clear.
Anyone shed some light?
I do not have any teacher training certifications, I will be going for teaching english as a foreign language in janurary however, CertTESOL
