Experienced HR/OD Professional seeking 457 Sponsorship in Australia
Hi,
I'm an experienced and qualified HR Senior Manager that can work in a range of areas within Human Resources although sadly, the one area I am lacking in major experience is in Recruitment. I say 'sadly' because this appears to be the only area within the profession where there's currently a demand Down Under.
I specialise in Organisational Development, L&D, Management & Leadership Development and strategic planning. If there are any Recruiters out there looking for someone like me then please get in touch. Similarly, if you're working in a business that is having no luck hiring from within the local market - please message me for an immediate response.
