Driver class C in UK

Driver class C in UK
I am looking for opportunity to work as a driver.
I am moving from US in October and any area is OK for me as long as I have opportunity to adopt to new conditions.
I have 15 years of experience as a driver and dispatcher in busy Tri-State area(NY,NJ,CT) Taxi/Limo Service. 3 years of Tractor Trailer(TIR) driving experience as well(NY included) .
I have EU driver license cat.C issued in 2006 (polish with international driver license book).
