Regional Account Representative – London, U.K.

Due to our growth we are seeking a motivated Regional Account Representative to join our sales organization in Rally's London based office.
Regional Account Representative: An experienced, motivated sales representative responsible for driving new business with customers and prospects. This position is a team based position and will require leadership and collaboration with their teammates to manage all aspects of building and maintaining a sales pipeline for the EU. Core activities include planning daily-weekly-monthly sales activity, creating and executing campaigns targeting prospects; orchestrating resources internal and external to the team; qualifying prospects; creating and managing account penetration plans; performing web-based demonstrations; and utilizing Salesforce.com and other automation tools to manage regional sales activity.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:

-5+ years experience selling holistic solutions inclusive of enterprise software, software development tools, project management tools and professional services in the UK.

-The ability to listen, probe and communicate complex technology and value propositions.

-A 'hunter' sales mentality with experience achieving/exceeding sales quota.

-Ability to qualify opportunities and prioritize activities to maximize results.

-A passion for creating customer success.

-Entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity and persuasive confidence.

-Demonstrated mentoring abilities with servant-leadership is a must as this position may ultimately develop into a leadership role within Rally's London office.

-Knowledge of methods such as Scrum, XP or Lean a big plus.

-Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, Google - Mail, Calendar and Documents, Salesforce.com or other CRM.

Position Location: London, U.K. This position will require being in our Chiswick office daily.

To be considered for this role you must currently live in London and posses authorization for employment in the U.K.

Travel: Minimal.

Agile Development Coach/Mentor - London, U.K.

Due to our success, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Agile Development Consultant (Coach/Mentor) to join Rally's London based office.

An ideal candidate has experience and interest in extending skills in the following areas.

Qualifications

• Prior experience coaching Agile project teams with methods such as Scrum, XP, Lean, FDD, DSDM, or Crystal.

• Prior Consulting background– you will be working with multiple clients through on site collaboration and remote support.

• Experience leading consulting engagements.

• Training experience – we develop our own collateral in close partnership with leading experts in the agile community and deliver training to customer teams.

• Solution selling experience.

• Experience in leading technical teams - coaching, teaching and guiding people in the various roles in a project driven organization.

• Facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Excellent presentation skills - we value and encourage public speaking engagements and expect that you’re comfortable talking to teams from engineering level upwards.

• Strong knowledge and passion about Agile principles and practices.

• Willingness to travel 50% – we’re a company that is expanding within EMEA and beyond.

• 10 years or more experience in technology/software organizations.

• Certified ScrumMaster Trainer required.
