Inside Sales Representative - Biarritz (Aquitaine, France)
Job Description
The Inside Sales role will be responsible for the continued growth of the revenue at IS Decisions. This includes licenses and maintenance sales for all of our software products.
The ideal candidate is a native English speaker that has a proven track record of selling software or services.
Most of your day is spent on the phone and on emails with your prospects and customers to ensure revenue flow and closing business (no travel necessary).
The rest of your day is spent utilizing our CRM to accurately report on customer information, activities, capturing marketing information, as well as researching prospect information and preparing quotes.
Your prospects are mainly from the US/Canada, Brazil, Europe and the Middle East. This position will be based out of our office in Biarritz, FRANCE and it will report to the CEO of the company.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – especially English
- 4+ years of experience in selling IT solutions with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed a sales quota
- Comfortable placing dozens of calls per day to diverse regions such as the US, Canada, Europe and the Middle East
- Strong technical aptitude and ideally knowledge of Microsoft technical environments (Windows Server, Active Directory)
- Strong computer skills (CRM system, Office)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the proven ability to systematically prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadline
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter able to work independently but also to be a contributing member of a team.
