of course, bellini! So all I need is a bucket of ice to sit it in and no work the next day and I'm set! summer alcohol is one of the greatest things..

mm the Midori Mimosa looks good too! I always used to dirnk Midori, it's so fresh and.. melony. Midori and lemonade, although I will definitely try the mimosa recipe on here.

bellini - yes - prosecco and peach juice
Buck's fizz - prosecco and orange juice

both rather nice and even better - diluting your prosecco with fruit juice makes it last twice as long !!!!!!!!

I've had a couple of really excellent Primitivos recently. I can recommend the one by Perrini. It's organic and has amazing body and depth of flavour.

the best Italian region for wine is not Toscana, is Piemonte. Try Barolo, Barbaresco or Nebbiolo (red wines)... then you'll understand!

My husband's family swear by Barolo and Barbaresco too. I don't drink so I don't know
