Finally got fet up getting no response from them so I disconnected the receiver and had another company install a new system. Emailed wifimultimedia and told them I was cancelling the contract with imediate effect due to their failure to provide the service they were contracted to provide. Had no response from them.

The new service has proved very reliable and when I checked the download speed I got 1.85 Mbps - beats the 160Kps I was lucky to get before!

They even seem to understand how the system works and they are cheaper!

Would it be ok to share names of these providers? I am seeking a provider just like that and probably going with Eutelia (in Tuscany), I get no feed back, but don't want to commit to a contract should they prove to be a bad supplier.
