Default Translation of UK documents

Hi everyone,

We are in Arezzo at the moment house hunting. Hopefully we will make the move over in the next few months.

I am an EU national (Irish) and my wife and daughter are UK citizens. I have their birth certificates and our marriage certificate and all have been apostilled in the UK. I now need to get them officially translated to show when we begin the registration process.

Has anyone used a translation service in italy that is acceptable to the authorities and was the process easy? Recommendations would be greatly appreciated

Thank you for any assistance.

The British School did mine. They did the translation and took it round to the Tribunale.

When I had to translate my Spanish once, I went to the local University language department.
