Default Thank you Mr O'Leary !!!

I know they're not very popular on here but I've just seen that from end of March Ryanair are flying Liverpool - Trapani !!!!
Contemplating popping over in May when the kids have 2 weeks off and for four of us its 300 euro !!
I know they're crap customer service etc etc but I can honestly say I've never had a problem with them. Saying that I treat them like a bus service and don't expect anything other than below basic.
Will be interesting to see how many Italians will be on the flight, I know there's quite a large community in Manchester.

Hey, great! If, it lasts. My main gripe with them is over cancelled flights. Been left stranded once to often. Still fly with them because it's the only real option.

I've never really had a problem with them either but it has been a few years since we used them. I still look at their website to compare prices and my main gripe is that even though flights might seem cheap - all the add ons mean prices go right up.

Easy Jet has worked out cheaper for us over the last few years and flying into Nottingham or Liverpool makes no difference really .... especially when I'm not the one doing the driving

I’ve read Ryanair are going to be doing away with seats their will be stools instead with a lap strap as a seat belt. They say they can get more passengers on a plane this way. Think I’d sooner swim

Is this a joke ... can't be too sure with Ryanair. If not, have you got a link.

I don't think it's a joke, I heard it on TV. Apparently a Japanese company are trying it out?? If it is a joke I'm sorry to alarm anyone, if it isn't... it doesn't bear thinking about

Why use stools when you could have passengers sit on the floor?

Enjoy the route while it lasts... Get the Liverpudlians to buy houses in Trapani, then remove the flight and set up a new route.

I probably shouldn't be so negative as I have very little experience with RA. With EJ on the ther hand I could really go for it with first hand experience...

No !!! Well so long as they stay away from Selinunte (its a secret!!!). Not too bad if they do take away the route as there's still Trapani - Birmingham and Trapani - Luton.

It`s no joke , it`s in their flight magazine, it`s not stools though, shackles for your hands and feet like a tube train.

Watch a doc on the t.v, where they said that in the event of an emergency, the safest place for a baby or a small child is on the floor.

have you ever seen the buses and trains in some parts of Asia and S.america.
people with animals sat on the roof and hanging on to the sides
hope he doesn't get any more bright ideas.
can just imagine all the chicken and goats being cargo netted to the outside of the plane

I assume he would make them pay for a seat only, it is still on the drawing board at the mo, but he reckons he will be able to carry more passengers at lower prices by removing some seats.
