Default Telecom Italia question

Hi,
I just wondered if anyone has asked them in the past for an itemised bill?
Just had a boletta for 280 E and want to know exactly which numbers were dialed.
Our bill is usually around 150-170 and this includes ADSL.

Thanks in advance,

Isakat

If I remember rightly, you can ask for an itemised bill, but you pay for it. If you have a web Telecom account you should be able to check your calls online.

all my TI bills are itemised, if you go to their web site and register you can view your itemised bills, and lots more, any time you want.

Thank you both, I will register online since it is free. However, can I view bills retroactively, ie, will it only show me the bills post registration?

I'm not sure. I think it shows all bills.

Don't get me started on Telecom Italia though. Have had the same problem and I use Skype for most of my calls but the bill still seems to be astronomical!

You should be able to do whatever the person at 187 can do, activate or disactivate various things and you should be able to checkout every bill over the last year.I always get an itemised bill and I don't pay for it , it might have been some sought of promotion.Telecom Italia have a good deal for phoning home , I pay ten euros a month and I can call anywhere in Europe or north America for as long as I want

Depending on what you want to do, as giodafa has just said above, you can already do a lot on line. Why don't you tell us what you want to do and one of us might be able to steer you in the right direction on their site?
