Ok, I know I'm running a little late in looking into this...
Has TASI been abolished for the prima casa (for residents) throughtout Italy?
I've been checking my mailbox since june expecting a bill for June and December, and nothing has arrived.
Brief google search found an article saying its been abolished for main homes for 2016.
I didn't look into earlier because the TARI bill didn't arrive until two months after I expected it, so I thought maybe everything was running late!
If this is the case, are the only local tax bills I should be paying just the TARI one? In which case what money are they running the town on??!!

Speeding tickets maybe - they have just installed 4 speed cameras in my tiny town...

? TASI and IMU were abolished for 2016 for prima casa, unless it is a luxury home
