BBC is reporting that Starbucks are opening their first premises in Italy. Cue predictable shock and horror. But of course in reality Starbucks aren't really selling coffee at all: they're selling WC and internet facilities with hot liquid as an extra

Then it will still fail miserably - toilets are available in all bars, for less money. I believe that Milan also has internet. I give it 6 months.
