Hi,
Does anyone have any experience in cancelling a subscription to Sky tv? We're residents with a contract with them and I believe it's difficult to end our contract. We pay by DD. In all honesty never use it so it's a waste of about 48 euros a month.
Dying to hear that it's easy!

They will tell you to post their box (and card) back. I did not send them back (5 years ago) and two years ago they sent a letter saying that they would no longer support it (!)

I stopped using them two years ago and there was a form to send , it was on the website and then it took about a month .

Thanks Hadenough. I've seached the sky website after logging in but can't find any sign of the form you mention. I don't suppose you have a form number or reference by any chance?

If you login to the sky.it site, and type in disdetta in the search box its gives you three options, online, raccomandata and phone. Choose your method.

Thank you all. a letter has been posted off today to SKY. We only now have to cancel our DD-that should be fun!

I'm soisorry Imissed this , but I cant help you any furtrher because I no longer have access to the ' FAI DA TE ' client area on the site .
