Either write it in English or use Google translate, I've done both and had success... Yes Google translate is not ideal, but it's better than it used to be. I've even had a reply from SDA in English and once even a call from them from an English speaking guy. I would guess they all use Monteprandone as the distribution point for Abruzzo, so it should be the same for you. I tell them my address (from Amazon on Screwfix) has the GPS coordinates, so they have no excuse really. Can't understand why delivery firms don't use these as standard in rural areas. I have to admit I found them useless to start with and still am not over enamoured with them, but our house is a pig to find, so they do well in that respect.
