North Italy and Bergamo...
Hi there,
I might be moving out to Bergamo in a month or so. From what I have seen thus so far, it looks great. I am coming to Bergamo next week for my 3rd interview with a company in Milan.
I am half Turkish and am already used to the med life already (and have been in Italy about 8 times already). Though my main worry is living expenses. Coming from London (where its sky rocket high prices) I can't compare the costs of living.
I have Thursday afternoon free if anyone wants to meet up. Not sure if I'll be in Milan or Bergamo for the afternoon.
Now my question is, how much is a reasonable salary to earn (to be able to live comfortably). - I know this all subject to relativity. But in an honest opinion could someone live comfortably (or not) off like. 15-18k Euros? 18-23k? 25k - 30k? or 30k +?
Also like how much does a one bed apartment cost to buy or rent?
Also, is there anything else that I should be aware of?
Any advice would be really helpful.......
Hope you are all well, and look forward to hearing from ya!!!
