Oh at a regional level Marche is on a par with Umbria for Brits (well it was 2016), think finding them is the problem....

I think Brits are concentrated in certain places. In 10 years I only met 2 people from the UK in my village. Montefalco was filled with Brits a couple of weeks ago when I visited. I assumed they were residents with all the travel restrictions at the moment.

How do you find out the number of British etc residents in a given area?

The site here Philat give is much more up to date than the one I had, but finding the data might be harder for some, so I've put the link in that takes you to the OPs Comune stats. If you look near the top under "tuttitalia.com there is a blue menu navigation structure that shows the steps to get there for your own comune.
