You should be able to do it with a smart DNS service like Unblock-US, which is better for streaming services than a VPN, even the US version of Netflix should be accessible. Once you have got a DNS service, enter the settings in the network advance settings and then change your location to either US or UK. Then download the appropriate version of Netflix.
