bella vista 2
hello all
i know this thread has probably been posted umpteen times.
We have paid our 50% to giambrone/medsea/bella calabria god knows who !
We have been using a solicitor to get our money back but are thinking of changing has he does not seem to be getting anywhere.
can anyone recommend a solicitor, or maybe i was thinking more of, if quite a few of us have the same solicitor, strength in numbers.
I believe medsea have ceased trading and i think giambrone law will to soon, where does this leave us ?
Any information would be greatly appreciated
tom

Help ree Bergamotto in Gioiosa "please"
Hello All,
Could or would somebody please advise us?
My Wife and I purchased a 2 bedroom apartment; the complex is called Bergamotto in Gioiosa.
Our Lawyers are Manzanares
Our Builders are Bella Calabria
Our Agents are Italian Connections / Med Sea
Our Lawyers phone number in Italy is no longer in use, can any body explain or advise?
I have tried to contact Bella Calabria direct but have not received any replies to my emails can any body explain or advise?
Italian Connections have gone AWOL can any body explain or advise?
I thought that buying in Italy would be safe; I thought our monies were safe due to a banker Guarantee! What the hell is going on? Is this just a big scam that we all say wouldn’t happen to me?
Chris
