We had a wooden shed installed in our garden. For our region we are allowed an 8 square metre base for the shed and we had to inform the local council. It was no big deal and a wooden shed is alot better than an alluminium shed especially with regards to condensation.
I've been in the construction industry for 25 years, as an electrician, but working with other trades you get to see the good and the bad in the industry. I have to admit, some of the working practices i've seen here wouldn't pass muster in the UK, and even some of the cowboy builders in the UK would hang their heads in shame.
