Ferrara area + schools info
Hi all, new to the forum but have already found lots of your interesting experiences useful, thanks!
We're moving to the Ferrara area this summer and I have two main questions:
1. Can anyone recommend a small, pretty town on the outskirts of Ferrara to look at for buying a house? My husband works in Bologna but our kids will go to school in Ferrara - we'd prefer the school commute to be shorter than his work commute! Ideally somewhere with a few essential shops (eg a gelateria!), a pretty piazza, nice walks/cycle paths etc.
2. The international school in Bologna is out of our budget, we have been looking at Smiling International School in Ferrara: does anyone have any experience of this school and/or are there any other english-speaking schooling options in the area we've missed?
Thanks in advance!
