Expats in Modena

We recently moved to Modena from Surrey and i gave up my job to move with my husband. I am looking for any expats out there who might like to meet up for coffee or a cup of English tea. Need to find a new circle of friends over here would be interested in hearing from anyone out there in the same situation

Hi Jan.

How are you finding living in Moderna? Is your OH Italian?

I am between Pisa and Firenze, so not really in your area, but if you are ever coming this way sight seeing there will be a cup of tea on offer here!

Hi,
I was just searching for Expats in Modena and your message came up. I am not there yet but am moving to just outside Modena in August. I'm moving on my own but know one person living there already. It would be good to meet other English people as my Italian is not up to much! It would be good to hear from you. I am stocking up good tea bags to bring over on the recommendation of lots of people!

Hi!

I'm feeling a little down and started looking for expats in Modena, me thinking I was the only one and all... I've been here for just over 3 years. I live with my Italian partner and am English. Gawd, it's like reaching out across the airwaves for survivors! Anyway, I'd love to be in touch with the rest of you!

Hello

I am not exactly in your area, but also in between Pisa and Firenze, in Pescia. Our in laws live in the Modena area. Like you, I have been looking for expats in Northern Tuscany area. I have even thought to arrange a "meet up" in the area if there are others interested, maybe we can rotate different towns / cities.

Cheers

Its fantastic, 100 mph thro the towns centres being waved on to go faster by the traffic cops, we diced with 3 Ferraris thro Modena. You haven't driven in Italy until you've driven in amongst the 1000 Miglia, you can check out all kinds of stuff on:-
