Remember that the Italian language exam is the longest bit of bureaucracy to get. Some people have waited months to book the actual exam, and even if the results have come in fairly quickly by email, the original paper and qualifying certificate takes months and months to arrive ----------------- and in the meantime many people's UK ACROs have expired and have to be applied for again.
