I am in a place that has no phone line *That i can see anyhow

I need fixed line internet here, using a dongle is hopeless.

Any experts on this?

So you're in Sicily, right? Are you saying there is no line to your house?

Are you certain? (No sign of any phone line or infrastructure on the outside or inside the house?)

If not, do you have neighbours? ..... Do any of them have a phone line?

If not, how far are you from the nearest house that does have a phone line? Or how far are you out of town/ from a main road with phone lines?

If the answer is more than a couple of hundred metres, then unless the cable/ internet company is mandated to provide service, or there is a government program to pay for connections, then running a cable to your home is likely prohibitively expensive.

If you're in Sicily there is no obligaatino to even provide electricity, let alone a phone line. In Sicily - depending where - your options are wimax companies such as Novaquadri or Mandarin, or satellite.
