I have no experience apart from Cornhill who we use and are spot on, only done 2 exchanges so far but it's been easy and hasslefree.

I use Moneycorp for monthly transfer, unsure if they are the best though but hassle free....costs £4 per transaction and hassle free.

i've used Foreign Currency Direct 4 or 5 times, never had a problem and you get a dedicated dealer who always deals with you.
