I have my current account with the Banco Posta and have just received a letter telling me to go into my initial office so they can update my details - something to do with the money laundering laws.
Has anyone else gone through this - are they looking for info on any UK bank accounts, what other info do they want so I can take any documents with me to save going back?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Everyone has to do this . When you opened the account you will have given them an ID ( passport ? ) that may since have expired . You will need to take a valid ID with you and it won't take more than 10 minutes .

Been to the Banco Posta this morning - all they wanted was to see my codice fiscale and residence card again. Quick and easy.

So that they can catch up with you for taxes quick and easy.
