I think that there could be a correlation between IQ and not being genetically programmed to follow rules set by competent foreigners.

Actually if you look at the link Italians score ahead of all Europeans, northern or not.

How can we be sure that some genetically corrupt Italian didn't bribe anyone in order to achieve such results?

Well now I am completely confused.

Odd results. But I must say that there are so many young Italian people with great minds, they definitely increase the IQ of the entire country, even if they're abroad where the best opportunities can be found in my opinion
