Hi all,
I am seriously thinking of doing a certification training in SAP (HR or BW). I am very new to SAP and have been wandering if one can get employment with this certification straight away without experience. If no, what is best way to get the experience, at least one should start from a place before having much experience.
Also which of the areas of SAP sells most in OZ?
Please help me with needed information before I take a final decision.

I would think that you are going to have a tough time getting a job in SAP straight after certification.
Do you currently work in IT? If you do, then I would suggest that the best way would be to try to find a company that uses the software that you are currently "expert" in, and that has, or is moving to, SAP.
If you want my two-penneths worth - BW is much more interesting than HR! However, this statement is made without knowing the rates of pay!

I think that HR (in particular payroll) is probably more in demand than BW at the moment.

I may be able to help.....Where are you at the moment?
I will PM you, but BW is demand from our clients, more than HR.
