You will miss out Karwar, Gokarna, Murudeshwar all beautiful places. Let us know if you change your route and will give tips for these towns. Particularly Karwar-- magnificent view at the Kali river bridge and a traditional Indian town/city not at all visited/changed by foreign tourists and all local transport by rickshaw.

The other route due south via the above mentioned then via Udipi, Mangalore, Kozhikode (Calicut). These will be towns without particular facilities for foreign tourists (saw your Goa post).
Although Gokarna has relatively recently acquired a popular beach culture along with its pilgrimage, temple side.

There are no flight jaislmer to Cochin. Firstly, you will go to Delhi. better is to visit Jaipur to jaislmer from jaislmer.
you are going to Jaislmer to Cochin. I would suggest to you some more trip. you will come to jaislmer to Jaipur it's around 1:42 hour of flight. here there are many traditional and beautiful places many forts, Maharaja type Hotels and temples and recently open in " Snow World Jaipur " in Jaipur it's awesome and there is cold inside compared to the outside it's advanced technology. Every person knows the Rajasthan is the hottest place compared to the other states.
And along with many unique malls such as: - World Trade Park, GT, Hyper City, Lifestyle etc.. These mall visit many foreigners per day. you are lucky to visit these things. and next morning goes to Jaipur to Cochin by flights.

Kerala is known as "God's own Country". Munnar is a beautiful hill station. I had been for a holiday with my family in December. It is quiet and peacful and ideal for a relaxing holiday

Congratulations
That must've been some epic journey. Must've been a bit of a bone-shaker in that tuk-tuk.
